The mighty Dragon basketball team is in the final four for another state championship in the 4A class. After defeating fellow reigning champion University School in the regional semifinals, then defeating Miami Gulliver Prep in the regional finals, the Mighty Dragons are in the final four teams heading to Lakeland for another championship run. Today they play Jacksonville Paxton, with the winner advancing to the big game for the state championship. The Mighty Dragons record is 22-9, Jacksonville Paxton is25-5.
