Sherrie, I think we are all sitting out here waiting to hear something. We are personally talking to each other about it - waiting to find out something from the "committee". I think it is time to let us talk about it on this message board cause the last time I brought it up here I was told to submit to the "committee" and not use this space. So what shall we do now? We need input from you too..please. Let us know what we need to do, OK? Looking forward to getting together...soon, I hope.

Thanks John for the encouraging thought. It is not a matter of picking a place to have the party, it is a matter of response as to wanting to have a party. We need at least 75 -100 who can commit to coming and are able to input start up finances as well. Picking a place is all predicated on what kind of financial security we will have to front the expenses for planning and reserving any chosen spot. Sorry to be so blunt, but in these times it is a must. We were considering mid September to avoid any seasonal rate issues wherever we may decide to hold it. At this point it may boil down to.."Hey...a bunch of us are meeting at (to be determined) on (date to be set)...If you can join us, see you there! But even that idea is pending. HELLO FOOTBALL FANS
WELL FRIDAY NIGHT STRANAHAN LOST IN THE FIRST ROUND OF PLAYOFFS 38-21 AT LOCKHART STADIUM. IT WAS 28-21 AT HALFTIME, ONLY 10 POINTS SCORED IN THE SECOND HALF,UNFORTUNATELY BY THE TEAM.
THE DRAGONS ENED UP WITH A 5-5 RECORD FOR THE YEAR WE WON OUR DISTRICT AND BEAT LAUDERDALE,ID SAY THAT WAS A DARN GOOD YEAR..GO DRAGONS
